You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Suite 302, 75 Tulip Street Cheltenham 3192, Victoria, Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday) using Express Australia Post. Express Aus. Post’s delivery standard is 2-3 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $16 applies to orders shipping.
Processing Time
We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock as stated in our privacy policy.
